Our platform may be associated with creators whose content may include adult-oriented material. By using our Services, you confirm that you are legally permitted to view such material and participate in creator support activities.
Bey.co provides tools, analytics, and optional creator support features, including the ability for users to send voluntary digital gratuities (“tips” or “donations”) to creators.
Tips are intended solely as a way to support creators and are not a purchase of goods or services.
When you submit a tip or donation:
Payments are handled securely by third-party processors (such as NowPayments), subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Bey.co may retain a platform service fee from tips before distributing creator payouts. Fees may vary and are determined at our discretion.
All tips and donations are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
For suspected unauthorized transactions, please contact legal@bey.co immediately. Chargebacks or disputes may result in restrictions from future use of the Services.

Creators retain ownership of their own content where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bey.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or access.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bey.co, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Bey.co operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
