Bey.co (“we”, “us”, “our”) may provide a way for supporters to send voluntary tips/donations (“digital gratuities”) to creators. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for these transactions.

1. No Refunds

Tips/donations are final and non-refundable once submitted. These payments are treated as voluntary digital gratuities meant to support a creator, and are not a purchase of a refundable product or service.

2. Not a Purchase / No Guaranteed Delivery

A tip/donation:

  • is not a purchase of specific goods or services;
  • may or may not be connected to creator content (which may include adult-oriented content depending on the creator);
  • does not guarantee any content delivery, response, or additional benefit.

3. Unauthorized or Mistaken Payments

If you believe a payment was unauthorized (e.g., fraud) or you made an error, contact us immediately so we can review the situation. We may request details such as timestamps, transaction identifiers, and technical logs to help investigate.

4. Chargebacks / Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, your bank/payment provider will handle the dispute under their process. We may provide relevant transaction data (e.g., timestamps, IP address, and technical logs) to help resolve disputes. Chargebacks may result in restrictions from future use of our services.
