Bey.co operates a platform providing analytics, tools, creator support features, and optional digital gratuity (“tip”) functionality for adult content creators. We do not process or store payment card data directly. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors.

2. What Data We Collect

a) Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help spam detection.

An anonymized string (hash) from your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service. See their privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/.

b) Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may download and extract location data from images posted publicly.

c) Forms & Communication

We collect information you voluntarily provide through forms, including:

  • Contact Forms (Contact Form 7, Fluent Forms, WPForms Lite, BEY Floating Newsletter)

  • Email communications

  • Creator support or inquiry submissions

Collected data may include your name, email address, message content, and optional notes. This information may be stored in our database and/or transmitted via email.

FluentCRM: If you opt into newsletters or updates, your data is stored in our CRM and used for communication purposes.

WP Mail SMTP: Emails are routed through external email delivery providers (e.g., Gmail, SendGrid, Mailgun), which may process email metadata for delivery.

d) Donations / Tips

When you use donations.bey.co or related pages to send a voluntary digital gratuity (“tip”):

  • We may collect the tip amount, optional message/note, timestamp, and technical metadata (such as IP address and browser).

  • Payment card information is never stored or processed by Bey.co.

Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor, such as Segpay, which operates under its own privacy policy and terms. Bey.co receives confirmation of successful or failed transactions for record-keeping, fraud prevention, and creator support purposes.

Tips are non-refundable digital gratuities and do not guarantee content delivery.

e) Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Remember user preferences

  • Improve site functionality and security

  • Analyze traffic and usage patterns (with consent)

f) Analytics
